SALES- Sales Representative II

Join Sherwin-Williams as a Sales Representative and play a key role in growing our business across Romania. In this role, you will develop new customer relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive profitable sales growth while delivering outstanding customer service and technical support. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers 
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio 
• Promote existing and new product lines to maximize sales growth 
• Prepare and implement business plans for target markets and customers 
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs 
• Develop pricing proposals and support pricing strategies to maximize profitability 
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the best customer solutions 
• Attend customer visits, industry events, and trade exhibitions 
• Prepare market, sales, and business performance reports 
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction 

What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering, Chemistry or similar) 
• Previous experience in Sales or Account Management 
• Experience in the paint, coatings, or chemical industry is required 
• Experience in developing new business and managing customer relationships is considered a strong advantage 

Skills & Competencies

• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills 
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills 
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into sales 
• Analytical thinking with strong organizational skills 
• Customer-oriented and results-driven approach 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities 
• Comfortable working in a multinational and fast-paced environment 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 

Languages

• Romanian – Fluent 
• English – Good working proficiency 

Travel

• Willingness to travel extensively across Romania (approximately 75%)
