We are looking for an experienced SAP FI-CO Product Leader to join a project within the automotive and manufacturing industry, supporting the evolution and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions across Finance and Accounting processes.

The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA product leadership, delivery governance and Agile enablement, working with business stakeholders, functional teams and delivery partners in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the SAP FI-CO product area within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, functional teams and delivery partners.
• Translate business needs into product priorities, requirements and actionable deliverables.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery activities, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, dependencies and expected outcomes.
• Support delivery governance, including progress tracking, risk and dependency management.
• Facilitate Agile ways of working and support Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery practices.
• Ensure effective collaboration between business, Finance, SAP and technical teams.
• Support SAP FI-CO implementations, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the optimization and standardization of Finance and Accounting processes through SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Monitor delivery outcomes and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Support communication and coordination across multiple teams involved in the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience working with SAP FI-CO / SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
• Previous experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Project Management, Program Management or Delivery Management.
• Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience with SAP implementations, transformations or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in stakeholder management, delivery coordination and governance.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams in a complex, international environment.
• Fluent English.
