Purpose
Ensure the protection of IDEMIA sites by safeguarding operations, employees, material assets and IDEMIA information.
Key Missions
Ensure the implementation of policies, processes and governance related to the protection of people, property and information on the sites within its perimeter
Coordinate actions between site security, security service providers and other functions
Monitor and anticipate current and future threats to the entity's interests
Ensure anticipation, prevention and protection of employees and property
Carry out a security/malicious acts risk analysis within his/her area of responsibility, and put in place relevant action plan
Ensure detection and reaction in the fight against malicious acts
Ensure compliance with relevant national and international regulations
Organize regular individual and group awareness-raising sessions on security risks, malicious acts and protective measures
Contribute to incidents management and reporting in compliance with IDEMIA procedures and applicable legislation
Contribute to crisis management carried out within scope
Coordinate certifications/approvals for the site
Establish and maintain partnership and coordination relations with relevant local authorities in charge of security issues, security professionalsHandles some of the activities, under guidanceProfile & Other Information

- Possess strong communication skills in both the written and verbal format, in all delivery formats (i.e. in person, via radio, via telephone etc.);
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
- To work under pressure and be solid problem-solver.Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work calmly under pressure whilst dealing with multiple issuesFamiliarly with ticketing systems, ITIL practices;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requests;
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and office application;
- Understanding of using security applications is an advantage.
- Languages: English full professional capacity.French is an advantage.
Experience required :
- Previous experience in customer support, data operations, service desk is an advantage.
