Responsibilities:
• Align ECM solutions with enterprise integration standards
• Establish reusable architectural patterns and best practices
• Participate in architecture governance boards
• Design reusable APIs and enterprise integration services
• Define synchronization patterns between business applications and ECM platforms
• Enable document-centric business processes
• Support enterprise-wide content interoperability
• Design and govern:
• Documentum Content Server
• D2
• xCP
• OpenText Content Server
• Extended ECM
• Archive Center
• InfoArchive
• Design metadata models and taxonomy strategies
• Manage collections, folders, classifications, and document structures
• Define lifecycle, retention, legal hold, and archival strategies
• Lead enterprise migration programs
• Define migration architecture and execution strategies
• Support migration tooling:
• OpenText Migration Center
• Custom migration frameworks
• Bulk ingestion mechanisms
• Information classification
• Data protection and privacy controls
• Records management
• Audit and traceability requirements
• Regulatory compliance implementation
• Retention and archival policies
• Define monitoring and observability standards
• Design operational support models
• Design disaster recovery and high availability architectures
• Optimize ECM platform performance and scalability
Qualifications:
• 5+ years as Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect
• 3–5+ years delivering OpenText and/or Documentum solutions
• Proven experience in enterprise ECM transformation initiatives
• Experience in document migration and content modernization programs
• Banking, financial services, insurance, telecom, or highly regulated industries preferred
