Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Senior Talent Acquisition to join our TA team in Iasi. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, helping us attract and hire top talent to support the growth and performance of our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering);

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles;

• Use various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referrals, university partnerships, etc.);

• Write and publish engaging job ads tailored to each role;

• Represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events;

• Track recruitment KPIs and suggest process improvements;

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields);

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment and white-collar hiring is mandatory;

• Strong command of MS Office and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms);

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;

• Good English skills (written and spoken).
