Service Technician - Cluj

Your role

Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

You will:

• Report into the Operations Manager. 


• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. 


• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. 


• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

• Experience with compressor systems is an advantage, but not mandatory — full portfolio training will be provided.


• Strong product knowledge or understanding of mechanical and electrical techniques.


• Technical skills in one or more of the following fields: mechanical, electrical, and/or automation principles.


• Structured and analytical thinking in problem-solving.


• Strong communication skills and initiative to take ownership of activities.


• Native Romanian speaker with basic English (most training is provided online through e-learning).


• Intermediate PC/IT knowledge.

Job location

You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area: Cluj - Napoca (Romania).
