Your tasks

• The engineer will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and will organize and lead integrated reservoirs reviews and production performance analysis for fields exploitation optimization and identification of value adding opportunities


• Develop reservoir management plans to maximize asset value and allow an hand-off to a broader team (e.g., asset, operations, etc.) for follow-through and implementation


• Continuous monitoring through surveillance digital twin the field’s performance, and execute any intervention to maximize the value of the asset


• Integrate all available data to develop an improved understanding of the reservoirs and current distribution and volume of remaining hydrocarbons;


• Provide subsurface technical support and reservoir engineering modeling (material balance, decline curve analysis, numerical simulation modeling, and integrated production system modeling), to deliver work programs and identify growth opportunities (WO, new wells, etc) to help maximize well/reservoir performance and drive fully integrated decisions and management of the assets


• Undertake development and redevelopment analysis of IOR as well as involvement in their implementation, surveillance, management & optimization


• Identify key reservoir uncertainties and provide recommendations regarding data acquisition needs and surveillance plans to mitigate risks and ensure optimal development and depletion strategies

Your profile

• Education: Engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering, or any other related discipline


• Relevant professional experience: >9 years in Reservoir Engineering: reservoir evaluation, field development and reservoir management


• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities within a multi-disciplined environment, with the ability to make technically and economically sound recommendations with incomplete information


• Communicate effectively with Technical Authorities, Assets and other appropriate business areas. Document all relevant information to keep the management of relevant Department informed


• Technical lead with extensive understanding of all elements within their discipline, have excellent knowledge of interdependencies, and manage complex workflows with neighboring disciplines


• Knowledge of relevant legislation


• Excellent command of English language (written and spoken)
