Transform Treasury & Capital Markets Operations with Teciem

Join Teciem as a Summit Expert Business Consultant, Back Office and help leading financial institutions optimize and transform their treasury, risk, and capital markets operations.

As part of Teciem's Global Professional Services team, you will work directly with clients on Summit implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation programs. Leveraging your deep back-office expertise, you will help customers streamline operations, improve controls, enhance settlement and accounting processes, and maximize the value of their Summit investment.

This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who combines strong business knowledge with a passion for solving complex operational challenges and delivering measurable client outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead Functional Delivery

• Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of Summit Back Office solutions.
• Gather and validate business requirements and translate them into effective Summit configurations and processes.
• Drive solution design workshops and recommend industry best practices.
• Support implementation, testing, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Ensure successful delivery of complex client engagements.

Serve as a Trusted Advisor

• Work closely with operations, finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders.
• Advise clients on target operating models, process optimization, and operational best practices.
• Support clients in maximizing automation, efficiency, and control within their Summit environment.
• Build strong client relationships and become a trusted functional expert.

Drive Operational Excellence

Provide expertise across areas including:

• Trade lifecycle processing
• Settlements and confirmations
• Cash and position management
• Accounting and financial reporting
• Reconciliations and controls
• Corporate actions
• Regulatory and operational reporting
• Treasury operations
• Funding and liquidity operations

Contribute to Practice Growth

• Mentor junior consultants and share functional best practices.
• Contribute to methodologies, templates, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Support pre-sales activities, discovery workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Drive continuous improvement across the Summit consulting practice.

What You'll Bring

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Treasury, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Significant hands-on experience with Summit implementations and Back Office operations.
• Proven experience delivering consulting or transformation projects for financial institutions.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working with banks, asset managers, treasury organizations, or financial technology providers.

• Understanding of system integration concepts and project delivery methodologies.
