Join Teciem as a Summit Expert Business Consultant, Front Office and help some of the world's leading financial institutions transform their Treasury and Capital Markets operations.

As part of Teciem's Global Professional Services team, you will work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize Summit Front Office solutions. Leveraging your expertise in trading, risk, valuations, and capital markets products, you will help clients maximize the value of their Summit investment and achieve their business and operational objectives.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role for an experienced consultant who combines deep Front Office knowledge with strong consulting skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering business value.

What You'll Do

Lead Front Office Solution Delivery

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Summit Front Office solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Summit configurations and operating models.
• Drive solution workshops and provide guidance on industry best practices.
• Lead functional design activities across implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation programs.
• Support testing, go-live, and post-production activities to ensure successful client outcomes.

Provide Strategic Business Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to Front Office, Treasury, and Risk stakeholders.
• Recommend target operating models, workflow improvements, and process optimization opportunities.
• Help customers maximize trading efficiency, risk visibility, and operational effectiveness.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives across treasury and capital markets functions.

Contribute to Practice Growth

• Mentor junior consultants and share Front Office expertise across the Summit practice.
• Participate in solution reviews and contribute to delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities, discovery workshops, and client demonstrations.
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and industry-leading consulting approaches.

What You'll Bring

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Significant hands-on experience with Summit Front Office implementations and transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering consulting engagements for banks, financial institutions, or treasury organizations.
• Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation experience.
• Experience leading complex workstreams or business transformation initiatives.
