Join Teciem as a Summit Senior Business Consultant, Front Office and work with leading financial institutions to optimize and transform their Treasury and Capital Markets operations.

As part of Teciem's Global Professional Services team, you will contribute to Summit implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation programs, helping clients improve trading workflows, strengthen risk management processes, and maximize the value of their Summit investment.

This role is ideal for a consultant with strong Front Office and Capital Markets expertise who enjoys working closely with clients, solving complex business challenges, and growing their consulting career within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What You'll Do

Deliver Front Office Solutions

• Support the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of Summit Front Office solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective functional designs and system configurations.
• Participate in client workshops and solution design sessions.
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, go-live, and post-production support.
• Contribute to successful project delivery across multiple workstreams.

Support Business & Trading Transformation

Work with clients across areas such as:

• Treasury Management
• Capital Markets Trading
• Fixed Income Products
• Foreign Exchange (FX)
• Money Markets
• Trade Capture & Lifecycle Management
• Market Risk Management
• Valuation & Pricing
• Liquidity & Funding Management
• Derivatives Processing
• Position & Exposure Management

Build Strong Client Relationships

• Work closely with Front Office, Treasury, Risk, and Operations teams to understand business needs and objectives.
• Provide functional recommendations and industry best practices.
• Support issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and stakeholder engagement.

Contribute to Team Success

• Collaborate with functional, technical, and delivery teams across global projects.
• Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the development of project deliverables, templates, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to junior consultants when appropriate.

What You'll Bring

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Experience working on Summit projects or similar Treasury and Capital Markets platforms.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, business transformations, or operational change initiatives.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Consulting experience is advantageous.

• Understanding of software implementation and project delivery methodologies.
