Your mission
Full responsibility for the performance of dedicated suppliers
Supervise suppliers with supplier score card
Plan and conduct VDA6.3 supplier audits on yearly basis
Perform APQP/RGA with external suppliers (PPAP, tool tracking, Project status)
Supervision of supplier performance and KPI targets
Frequent Supplier Evaluation with supplier score card
Analysis of supplier performance and trigger of improvement programs, report to plants and commodities
Knowledge and usage of Automotive core tools
Initiating meetings, provide training for suppliers
Release and approach new suppliers
Maintain knowledge for Production process and supplier process
Report and Escalate to direct manager at QM-SM Team leader
Support Serial team when there is Escalation triggered (related to Quality or Logistic issues at supplier side)
Planning of Supplier development
Identify relevant Continuous Improvement opportunities based on performance monitoring, certification, auditing, risk assessment, supplier visits and other types of feedback
Review, evaluation and pre-release PPAP package for single components (excluding serial design changes)
Support series "CHANGE" team for relocations of suppliers and new tools
Follow AIAG standards, IATF, VDA and CSR's
Routinely Work with WITTE supplier portal, SAP, BW, Confluence, JIRA, PowerBI and other WITTE applications
Obey on internal WITTE procedures set according to the Quality Management System
Good relationship with the dedicated suppliers
Your profile
Technician / Engineer with university degree (Bachelor / Master)
VDA 6.3 experience as certified Process auditor – mandatory
Experience in quality at automotive environment (minimum 3-5 years)
Familiar with VDA core-tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, Pareto, 5Whys, Control plan, Fishbone, 8D-Report, APQP, RGA)
Language skills: minimum requirement – good written and spoken in English
Experience in similar position in a production company (automotive, medicine, manufacturing or similar industry sector)
Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, AIAG, experienced in ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Internal Auditor, Project management
Free working with MS Office; SAP
Personal skills: team-player with initiative, excellent interpersonal and influential skills. Well organized, self-controlled, autonomous working personality
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good technical and analytical thinking
Ability to read and understand technical drawings/standards/norms/CSR
Ability to ramp up fast, contribute actively and operate with little supervision
Ability to work closely as a team, bringing issues up openly and timely
Readiness to travel abroad; Travel up to 50% (Supplier visits)
Driving license
Possibility of remote work in coordination with direct manager
