Supply Chain Analyst

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ensuring seamless customer logistics operations. In this position, you will act as the central point of contact between customers, suppliers, internal departments, and IT, driving efficient logistics processes, packaging compliance, and supply chain improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer-specific logistics requirements, including packaging, transportation, and reporting standards.


• Coordinate and implement EDI solutions with customers, suppliers, logistics teams, and IT.


• Ensure compliance with customer packaging specifications, VDA/Odette standards, and industry regulations.


• Monitor, analyze, and report logistics KPIs such as delivery performance, inventory levels, backlog, and capacity utilization.


• Act as SAP Key User for logistics processes, supporting users, testing new solutions, and driving system improvements.


• Identify supply chain improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects.


• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.


• Support transportation claims and logistics-related issue resolution.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


• Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is an advantage.


• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.


• Hands-on experience customer logistics platforms.


• Solid SAP knowledge, preferably within SD, MM, and PP modules.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics KPIs and transform data into actions.


• Experience supporting process improvements and project initiatives.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams.


• Advanced English and German skills
