Job Description - Team Lead Software Development (all genders)

Your mission:

Lead a software team developing the SCADA system
Plan and coordinate software development activities
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Quality Assurance
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with product roadmap
Guide the team through the software development process (IEC 62443-4-1)
Support the team in solving technical challenges
Develop the team and foster both technical and personal growth.
Conduct feedback meetings
Participate in the recruitment process

Your profile:

3+ years of experience as a team lead
3+ years in (embedded) software development
Strong software development background
Experience in agile software development
Leadership and mentoring experience
Strong communication skills
Hands-on in industrial cybersecurity
Bonus: Experience with SCADA, Knowledge in developing industrial software
