Test Manager

For our development projects we are looking for team members who face the challenges of the international automotive markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

• Accountable for test management across all phases (ITC, RT, UAT) ensuring test readiness, execution quality and transparency of results;


• Steering and coordination of cross‑functional test activities involving IT, Business and global test participants across multiple domains;


• Implementation and enforcement of defined test strategy and test management approach;


• Ownership of test planning, scheduling and execution using standardized tools and methodologies;


• Monitoring of test progress, coverage and quality, including reporting to key stakeholders;


• Driving defect management process (tracking, prioritization, resolution follow‑up) to ensure stable releases;


• Facilitating test status meetings, defect meetings, etc.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification;


• Experience in IT Software Test Management within large-scale IT Projects;


• Very good English language skills; German language skills – is an advantage


• ISTQB certification – is an advantage;


• Good communication skills, team–player and self-motivated, structured and analytical, customer oriented, with a strong desire to learn new processes.
