With operational offices in Bordeaux (France), Madrid (Spain), Bucharest (Romania), Sofia (Bulgaria), and Kharkov (Ukraine), our teams are led by experienced game industry professionals.

Playwing is dedicated to developing innovative, fun and engaging experiences for players, with most recent titles Century: Age of Ashes and Instant War.

As part of the Live operation of a cross-platform strategy game, we are looking for a passionate and highly organized UA Specialist to join our team.

✍🏻 Your mission will be:

• Managing the full user acquisition process for a mobile game:
• Planning and execution all UA campaigns across multiple mobile channels and ad platforms;
• Produce comprehensive UA reporting, analyze ROI and identify new opportunities to acquire new users;
• Experiment and analyze campaigns for existing and upcoming games;
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices across a variety of marketing channels such as Facebook, Snapchat or Tiktok;
• Researching new UA channels, creative resources, and tools to streamline marketing efforts.

✍🏻 What you will bring to the table:

• Strong experience in paid digital marketing and media buying (3+ years);
• Extensive knowledge of various mobile marketing channels such as Facebook, Google Ads;
• Hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns on multiple channels;
• A strong customer focus and a keen eye for creativity that drives results;
• Excellent analytical skills and outstanding attention to detail;
• The ability to communicate and express yourself in English;
• Be proactive: a desire to suggest new ideas and take the lead on projects, or explore opportunities.
