As a VIP Lounge attendant, you will:


* Provide services to guests in the lounge from reception and concierge to food and beverage available in the serving times;

* Ensure the lounge is properly maintained, cleaned and prepared to welcome guests at all times;

* Work with professional attitude and meeting hotel standards;

* Responds to the requests of all guests in the Lounge;

* Stocks and sets up all the self-service areas, sets and clears tables, assists with food service set-up.

* Provide guests with instructions and information about the hotel and local areas of interest.

* Be proactive, always offering services beyond expectations;

* Make sure that the guests' requests are solved and that they are satisfied with the services received;

* Respect JW Marriott standards in interacting with guests and maintain the confidentiality of information;

* Anticipate the needs of guests, pay attention to the verbal and non-verbal cues offered by them, actively seek any opportunity to create a memorable experience;
