Human Resources Intern

Purpose

This role contributes to the success of IDEMIA by supporting the delivery of best-in-class talent acquisition strategies. You will help attract and engage top talent while building strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months


• Position: Talent Acquisition Intern


• Location: Bucharest (hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)


• Start Date: July 2026

Key Missions

Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team

• Source candidates through CV databases and professional networks


• Assist with headhunting and direct search for selected roles


• Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone

Recruitment & Employer Branding

• Post and update job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards)


• Support employer branding initiatives (social media content, internal events)

Candidate Experience

• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates


• Collect and analyze candidate feedback after interviews


• Suggest improvements to enhance the overall candidate experience

HR Projects & Analytics

• Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/Excel)


• Generate simple recruitment reports (pipeline tracking, candidate status)


• Support ongoing HR projects (onboarding processes, internal surveys)

Learning & Development

• Participate in internal training sessions (recruitment processes, HR tools, soft skills)


• Shadow experienced recruiters and Hiring Managers

Modern & Attractive Add-ons

• Contribute to diversity & inclusion initiatives


• Research recruitment trends and labor market insights


• Explore AI tools for sourcing and screening candidates


• Help create internal guides (e.g., "How to Interview" best practices)
