General Information

We are HR Digitalization & Portfolio Management, and our focus is a future proof HR Systems Landscape enhanced by automation, AI and clean data, and we have our passionate team members who are working on this. But we, also, need you, a passionate HR person, as we want to develop the Global HR Team who is offering support to our worldwide colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring and controlling defined support processes;


• Handles inquiries and provides feedback;


• Acts as support for the Global Key Users;


• Participates in the testing sessions for new functionalities, updates or new systems;


• Creating or updating documentation;


• Administrative topics that will enable our experts to focus on the complex topics;


• Participating in global projects;


• Community management, integrating the relevant information in the internal pages for the targeted stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

• Academic degree or student in Communication, Business Informatics, HR or any related field;


• Basic understanding of HR processes, cloud computing and software as a service;


• Very good communication skills and high commitment to work and ability for teamwork;


• Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent way of working;


• Fluent English language skills written and spoken.
