Job Description -

Inviting applications for the role of RTR (Close & Control Reconciliations)- Domain Trainee English Hybrid Bucharest
Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Management: Assist in the collection organization and management of financial data ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes.
- Journal Entry Preparation: Support the preparation and posting of journal entries related to financial transactions ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
- Reconciliation support: Assist in the reconciliation of general ledger accounts ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
- Reporting Assistance: Help in the preparation of periodic financial reports ensuring accuracy and providing necessary documentation to support financial analysis.
- Audit Collaboration: Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information related to financial records and transactions.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements related to record-keeping and financial reporting.
- Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of record keeping and financial reporting processes.
