Starting 2025, the Bosch operations in Blaj are structured under two distinct legal entities: Bosch Automotive SRL and Bosch Rexroth SRL, each specializing in different technological domains.

Bosch Automotive SRL focuses on the production of sensors and transmission control components for the automotive industry, reinforcing Bosch’s commitment to smart, diversified, and sustainable powertrain solutions. The Blaj plant, active in the automotive sector since 2013, plays a vital role in developing cutting-edge technologies that support the mobility of the future. Through continuous investment in innovation and quality, Bosch Automotive in Blaj strengthens its position as a key supplier in the global automotive market.

Since 2007 Bosch Rexroth SRL specializes in industrial technology, focusing on linear motion systems and hydraulic components. The Rexroth entity in Blaj also operates a sales division, providing customized solutions and expert support to industrial customers. The ongoing investment in development and performance reinforces Bosch Rexroth’s role as a vital partner in the global industrial sector.

Launched in 2021, Student Smart Career program is created to support the best young talents from our partner universities, to continue their studies, but also to gather experience in an international working environment.

Students will receive a private scholarship provided by the company during the academic year, while during summer they will join the company as working student. After finishing the second year of the program (2026-2027), they have the possibility to receive a Working Student or a full-time position in Bosch Blaj.

Criteria

You just finished the 1st or 2nd year of studies (Bachelor level) at one of the universities:

• „1 Decembrie 1918” University of Alba Iulia,
• „Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu
• University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology University of Târgu Mureș
• Technical University of Cluj Napoca

Qualifications

• Average score for last academic year: minimum 8
• Intermediate/Advance English level
• Willingness to develop 
• Good communication skills
• Availability for participation in the program during 2026-2028
• No previous or on-going work relation with Bosch Blaj
