UX Working Student in Trinity Product & Design team (hybrid)

Our goal is to help customers create, manage and grow their online presence without needing deep technical knowledge.

About our product:

Our AI-powered website builder combines powerful technology with simplicity and is designed with a suite of Do-It-Yourself services to help our customers shine online.

Our product is built on JavaScript technologies, using TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development. We use NodeJS on back-end, React & Redux for the front-end and GraphQL to connect them. All web applications operate on a Kubernetes-like cluster, structured as microservices.

Looking ahead, we are evolving our product beyond a traditional website builder into an AI-driven ecosystem. Our vision is to transform it into an Active Assistant - bridging the gap between user intent and execution.

Our customers will transition from "learning a tool" to "achieving an outcome" through a natural language-first interface, from conversational and visual editor to an intelligent agent that can propose, execute and optimize changes autonomously.

About the Working Student program:

This program is intended for students (currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program) who want to gain experience, following what they learned in a specialized faculty, in order to become IT specialists. 

What you'll do:

• Work closely with Product Owners to understand goals and shape product features;


• Support the definition of customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and prototypes (low- and high-fidelity);


• Contribute to design specifications and help translate them into working software together with developers;


• Create and maintain Figma screens and components;


• Maintain and improve the team’s design system and style guide;


• Participate in user research preparation and contribute to research activities;


• Iterate on design decisions based on data and user behavior;


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QAs, designers) across locations; 


• Take part in team ceremonies (Scrum meetings, sprints ceremonies);


• Gradually grow into a point of contact for design-related topics within the team.

As an UX Working Student, your role is to help us design the right solutions and design them the right way, so that our users can easily create and manage their own websites.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, motivated and eager to grow in the UX field, with a strong interest in creating intuitive and meaningful user experiences.
