Responsibilities:
We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented person who can contribute to colleague experience and strengthen our organizational culture. You will coordinate internal communication activities, onboarding processes, and initiatives dedicated to internal community building.
The role is part-time and involves constant collaboration with the Operations team and your colleague responsible for operations and administration.
Employee Experience & Onboarding
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new colleagues.
- Preparing materials and welcome packages.
- Scheduling occupational health appointments for new employees and periodic check-ups.
- Managing benefit card requests and medical subscription administration.
- Support in offboarding processes.
Community Management
- Managing internal communication groups and channels.
- Publishing announcements and internal communications.
- Creating and managing internal surveys.
- Coordinating initiatives dedicated to team engagement and well-being.
- Organizing social and recreational activities (sports, team activities, etc.).
Events & Workshops
- Organizing workshops, training sessions, and internal meetings.
- Coordinating logistics for internal and external events.
- Collaborating with suppliers and colleagues for activity delivery.
- Managing materials and communications associated with events.
Operational Support & HR
- Monitoring recurring actions and follow-ups for various initiatives.
- Organizing 1:1 meetings and tracking established recurrences.
- Support for timesheets, reporting, and administrative activities related to the team.
- Supporting internal communication processes and employer experience.
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects and requests in the people & operations area.
Qualifications:
- Experience in communication, HR support, employee experience, office management, or event organization is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very good organizational and coordination ability.
- Attention to detail and people-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- An empathetic person with a collaborative mindset.
- Initiative and creativity in organizing internal activities.
- Ability to maintain a positive experience for colleagues.
- Flexibility and availability for diverse activities and new projects.
