The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and client coordination activities. This position is mainly responsible for following up with clients after proposals are submitted, maintaining accurate records, and supporting reporting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely communication.
Saudi nationality (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
1–2 years of experience (mandatory) in administration, coordination, or client support
Fluent in Arabic and English (IELTS or STEP is preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and professional attitude
