The Role / Opportunity 

To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Poultry products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.

The candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Diploma in any related discipline


• 2 years of experience in FMCG sales management


• Achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Poultry products to deliver the company’s targeted profit. 


• Manage & monitor the performance of Supervisors to ensure all areas deliver the targeted volume & margin
