Area Sales Manager - IT & Telecom

We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to join a leading Information Technology company in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the IT or Telecom industry.
• Previous experience leading and managing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
