Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Asian Chef for a full-time position in Jeddah.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across Asian cuisine, with solid knowledge of cooking techniques, sauces, stocks, wok preparation, noodles, rice dishes, dumplings, buns, and other popular Asian specialties.

Key Responsibilities

  Prepare a wide range of Asian dishes to a high and consistent standard.

  Handle preparation of sauces, stocks, marinades, noodles, rice dishes, dumplings, buns, and accompaniments.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, presentation, and quality.

  
  


• 
  

  Support menu development and introduce new dishes where required.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure proper food preparation, storage, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Control ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain an organized and efficient workstation.

  Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

  
  

Candidate Requirements

• 
  

  Strong professional experience in Asian cuisine.

  
  


• 
  

  Good knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, sauces, and flavor profiles.

  Experience in high-quality restaurants, Asian concepts, or premium casual dining preferred.

  Experience with dumplings, buns, noodles, wok cooking, or similar specialties will be an advantage.
