Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading aesthetics and healthcare provider in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to hire an experienced Assistant HR Manager to lead and optimize HR operations for its KSA business. This is a hands-on role suited for a dynamic HR professional with extensive healthcare experience, strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, and proven expertise in recruiting medical professionals, particularly doctors and specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all HR operations for the Saudi Arabia branch.
- Ensure full compliance with KSA Labor Law, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition across clinical and non-clinical functions.
- Lead the hiring of doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals, leveraging an established network within the medical community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical specialists, healthcare institutions, and recruitment channels to support ongoing talent acquisition.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and HR operations.
- Implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee documentation, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR strategy.
- Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Travel across the region on short notice as required to support business and HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience within the healthcare, hospital, clinic, or aesthetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law, Saudi employment regulations, and healthcare HR practices.
- Proven experience recruiting doctors, consultants, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
- Well-established professional network within the Saudi healthcare sector, particularly with physicians and medical specialists.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and travel on short notice when required.
