Job Description - Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager – Events to join our growing creative agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue in the events vertical, particularly for clients in real estate, hospitality, medical, and entertainment. This role demands a deep understanding of creative event execution and a passion for turning brand stories into immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the events space, focusing on high-impact clients across our target sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, partners, and vendors.

Develop customized proposals and pitch strategies in collaboration with the creative and production teams.

Collaborate closely with internal departments to align event solutions with branding, digital, and film production services.

Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients, ensuring profitability and long-term engagement.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the events and experiential marketing industry.

Represent the company at key networking functions, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.

5+ years of proven success in business development or sales within the events, marketing, or creative services industry.

Strong portfolio of B2B client acquisition and event partnerships, especially in the GCC region.

Experience working with large-scale activations, brand experiences, or government and private sector
