Business Development Specialist

Smart is looking for a Business Development Specialist who can build strong relationships, understand client needs, and turn business challenges into growth opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify new clients and business opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers
• Understand client needs and connect them with the right Smart solutions
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal teams
• Manage the sales cycle from the first contact through contract signing
• Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity data in the CRM
• Achieve sales and revenue targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Experience in business development or B2B sales
• Good understanding of IT services and technology solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on client experience
• Experience in the Saudi market
