Job Description: Catering & Events Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve catering and events revenue targets.


• Lead the sales team in prospecting, acquiring, and managing corporate and social event clients.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.


• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial.


• Coordinate closely with the catering and events operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client events.


• Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.


• Proven experience in catering and events sales, with excellent track record of meeting revenue targets.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and close deals.


• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in catering and events management.


• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.


• Strong network of corporate and social event clients.


• Previous leadership experience in a sales or events management role.
