Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef specializing in Dumplings, Buns, and Noodles for a full-time position in Jeddah.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in preparing authentic Asian-style dumplings, steamed buns, and fresh noodles, with excellent knowledge of dough preparation, fillings, sauces, cooking techniques, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  Prepare a variety of dumplings, dim sum, steamed/fried buns, and noodles.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare dough, fillings, stocks, sauces, and accompaniments from scratch.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, presentation, and quality.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and improve recipes where required.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure proper food preparation, storage, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.

  
  


• 
  

  Support menu development and new product creation.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

  
  

Candidate Requirements

• 
  

  Strong professional experience specializing in dumplings, buns, noodles, or Asian cuisine.

  Excellent knowledge of dough-making and noodle preparation techniques.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in high-quality restaurants, Asian concepts, or premium casual dining preferred.

  Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
