Civil Site Engineer / Scaffolding Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Civil Site Engineer / Scaffolding Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of civil construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  
• Supervise erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
  
• Ensure scaffolding activities comply with Saudi safety regulations and engineering practices.
  
• Direct laborers, foremen, and technicians to maintain site productivity and discipline.
  
• Conduct regular inspections for quality, HSE, fall protection, and permit-to-work compliance.
  
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors on site activities.
  
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and monitor material consumption.
  
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution and workforce-related issues.
  

Required Skills

1. Civil Site Supervision — manage daily civil works and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
   
2. Scaffolding Supervision — inspect and supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling.
   
3. HSE Compliance — enforce safety procedures, fall protection, and permit-to-work requirements.
   
4. Labor Management — coordinate laborers, foremen, and technicians.
   
5. Quality Control — conduct site inspections and maintain construction quality standards.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Saudi construction safety regulations.
  
• Experience coordinating with consultants and subcontractors.
  
• Strong site reporting and material-monitoring capabilities.
  

Work Experience Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering and site supervision in Saudi Arabia is specified in the posting. Candidates should have practical exposure to construction-site workforce management and scaffolding safety supervision.
