Job Title: COO - Oil & Gas

Location: Dammam, KSA

Major Objectives of the Job:

Overall Operational responsibility of Industrial & Energy Division’s business in KSA & Bahrain. Manage and control the division’s diverse business activities in Machinery distribution, Leasing and Energy Products & Services. particularly to include the achievement of revenue/profit objectives, implementation of agreed staff structures, enforcement of policies and procedures and the execution of business plans in collaboration with the business unit General Managers.

The position will contribute to the transformation process of the division from trading into more of services and local value addition as one of the key objectives thus developing a sustainable business model going forward.

The Key responsibilities would include but not limiting to the following:

Design, plan and implement business objectives and procedures.

Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success.

Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.

Oversee daily operations and the work of executives.

Lead employees with an example

Evaluate performance by Analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

Create reports for the CEO and the Executive Committee

Take the lead in business expansion activities and assist CEO in implementing Strategic plans for the Business divisions.

Maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
