Job Description: Executive Director - Corporate Banking

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our Corporate Banking team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading the corporate banking division to ensure the achievement of corporate goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets


• Manage and oversee all aspects of the corporate banking division, including sales, client relationship management, and product development


• Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial solutions to corporate clients


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies


• Prepare and present reports to senior management on division performance, financial results, and key metrics

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field


• Proven experience in corporate banking, with a strong understanding of financial products and services


• Excellent leadership and communication skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in a senior management role within a corporate banking environment


• Track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth


• Familiarity with the banking regulations and market trends in Saudi Arabia

Salary & Benefits:
