Position:  Female Store Manager - Fine Jewellery Boutique

Location: VIA Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Female Store Manager to lead a prestigious fine jewellery boutique at VIA Riyadh, one of Riyadh's premier luxury retail destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
• Manage daily boutique operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients.
• Monitor performance, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members.

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of store management experience in fine jewellery, luxury retail, watches, fashion, or premium brands.
• Proven leadership and sales management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
