Job Description: Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop financial strategy and ensure financial planning, monitoring, and control.


• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and analyze financial data.


• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and compliance with regulations.


• Oversee accounting functions and ensure accuracy in financial records.


• Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.


• Supervise financial team and collaborate with other departments.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.


• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.


• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting.


• Experience in managing financial operations and teams.


• Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.


• Industry-specific experience would be advantageous.
