Fitness / Yoga Instructor | Luxury Wellness Spa | Saudi Arabia

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate and experienced Fitness / Yoga Instructor for a luxury wellness spa based in Saudi Arabia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated wellness professional who is passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional fitness and yoga experiences while promoting overall health, wellbeing and personal development within a luxury spa environment.

Package




• Salary negotiable depending on experience



• Live-in position



• Accommodation or accommodation allowance



• Flight ticket upon joining and upon completion of contract



• Medical insurance



• Commission on achieving targets



• Commission on private training sessions conducted outside working hours



• Ongoing education and professional development opportunities



• 2-year renewable contract



• 48 hours per week, 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities




• Lead group fitness classes and provide personalised one-on-one training sessions



• Conduct engaging yoga classes including Vinyasa, Hatha, Flow and Aerial Yoga



• Develop customised fitness programmes tailored to individual client needs and goals



• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure client safety at all times



• Adapt workouts and movements to accommodate varying fitness levels and physical limitations



• Create a positive, encouraging and motivating training environment



• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support, guidance and feedback



• Build strong client relationships and contribute to exceptional guest experiences



• Promote healthy lifestyle habits and overall wellness



• Maintain a clean, organised and safe fitness and studio environment



• Remain up to date with industry trends, training techniques and wellness practices

Requirements




• Certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer or equivalent qualification



• Yoga Instructor certification (200-hour Yoga Teacher Training preferred)



• Previous experience leading fitness classes and personal training sessions



• Strong knowledge of exercise programming, movement principles and injury prevention



• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



• Professional, energetic and positive attitude



• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and client wellbeing



• Ability to work within a luxury hospitality environment

Preferred Skills




• Experience teaching a variety of class formats including yoga, mobility, stretching, HIIT, functional training and strength training



• Experience working with both beginner and advanced fitness clients



• Knowledge of corrective exercise techniques and exercise modifications



• Current First Aid and CPR certification
