About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven FMCG & Cosmetics Manager to join our Core Commerce team in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on managing and growing key partners across FMCG, Beauty and Cosmetics, building strong commercial relationships, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen Trendyol’s marketplace presence in KSA
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven FMCG & Cosmetics Manager to join our Core Commerce team in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on managing and growing key partners across FMCG, Beauty and Cosmetics, building strong commercial relationships, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen Trendyol’s marketplace presence in KSA.
Your Main Responsibilities
Manage and grow strategic FMCG, Beauty and Cosmetics partners in Saudi Arabia.
Identify, engage and onboard high-potential sellers and partners aligned with marketplace priorities.
Own account performance and identify opportunities to drive growth, assortment expansion and commercial results.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners and lead commercial negotiations.
Identify assortment and selection gaps and develop opportunities based on market and competitor insights.
Develop and execute joint commercial and marketing plans with partners.
Collaborate closely with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal and other internal teams to resolve challenges and support sustainable partner growth.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics and/or e-commerce, ideally within the Saudi market.
Proven experience in account management, key account management, partnerships or commercial roles.
Experience managing large or strategic partners and complex commercial negotiations.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
Commercial mindset with strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
Good understanding of the Saudi retail and e-commerce landscape.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
