Furniture Shop Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Furniture Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of a furniture retail store in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage the day-to-day operations of the furniture shop, ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning.

  Drive revenue growth through customer engagement, upselling, cross-selling, and effective sales strategies.

  Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.

  Maintain attractive product displays, store layout, and merchandising standards.

  Monitor inventory, stock availability, pricing, and product movement.

  Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, delivery, and installation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  Handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally.

  Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.

  Oversee billing, POS operations, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.

  Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.

  Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail or store management, preferably within the furniture or home furnishings industry.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience as a Furniture Shop Manager, Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Showroom Manager.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ability to manage a sales team and achieve sales targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Good knowledge of furniture products, materials, designs, pricing, and customer preferences.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in inventory control, POS systems, sales reporting, and store operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.

  Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.

  Candidates currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate will be considered.

  
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in furniture shops, home furnishing stores, mattress retailers, interior décor stores, or furniture showrooms will be preferred.
