Bab Samhan, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Diriyah is seeking an exceptional and commercially astute General Manager to lead one of the Kingdom's most prestigious luxury hospitality destinations. As the executive leader of the hotel, the General Manager will be responsible for driving financial performance, elevating the guest experience, strengthening market positioning, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the business.

This role requires a highly experienced luxury hospitality leader with a proven track record as a General Manager within internationally recognized luxury hotel brands. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional leadership capabilities to maximize profitability while delivering the distinctive experiences synonymous with The Luxury Collection brand.

• Significant General Manager experience within internationally recognized luxury hotel brands.


• Proven success leading luxury hotels with complex operations and multiple revenue streams.


• Strong commercial background with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, market share, profitability, and owner returns.


• Experience working in the Middle East region is highly preferred.


• Prior experience with Marriott International or another leading global luxury hospitality company is advantageous.

• Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen.

• Lead revenue management, sales, marketing, distribution, and business development strategies to maximize commercial results.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving guest preferences to drive sustainable performance.


• Deliver budgeted financial results and ensure strong asset performance through disciplined cost management and operational efficiency.

• Provide strategic oversight of all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional standards across guest rooms, food and beverage outlets, wellness facilities, and public spaces.


• Foster a culture of luxury service excellence that exceeds guest expectations and strengthens brand reputation.


• Ensure compliance with Marriott International standards, local regulations, and company policies.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, guest satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.

• Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing executive team and hotel workforce.


• Build a culture centered on accountability, engagement, collaboration, and service excellence.


• Champion succession planning and talent development to build a strong leadership pipeline.


• Act as a role model for Marriott's leadership principles and values.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with ownership, governmental authorities, tourism bodies, and key stakeholders.


• Provide regular updates to ownership on business performance, strategic initiatives, risks, and opportunities.


• Represent the hotel and brand within the luxury travel community, industry forums, and local business networks.

• Serve as the ambassador of Bab Samhan and The Luxury Collection brand.


• Ensure the delivery of authentic luxury experiences that celebrate the heritage and cultural significance of Diriyah.


• Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction scores and strengthen the hotel's reputation as a premier luxury destination.
