Golf- Operations Attendant

The Golf Operations Attendant at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience to golf members and guests. This position is responsible for managing daily golf operations, ensuring smooth tee time scheduling, assisting players on the course, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Operations Attendant serves as a key point of contact for golfers, helping to create an enjoyable, efficient, and professional atmosphere throughout the golf facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tee times and manage daily golf operations to optimize flow and reduce wait times.
• Welcome and assist golfers, providing information on course rules, etiquette, and services.
• Prepare and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Assist with scorekeeping, registration, and event coordination as needed.
• Monitor the golf course for any safety concerns or rule violations and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Support merchandising efforts including restocking of pro shop items and assisting members with purchases.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and equipment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as golf operations require.
• Proficiency with computer systems related to booking and point-of-sale is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and perform light physical activities such as pushing/pulling golf carts.
