About the Company:

The Technical and Vocational Teachers' College (TVTC) offers a range of teacher training programmes in various subjects including English, Mathematics, Business Studies, Design and Technology, Teaching Methodology, Civic Education, Special Education, Counselling, and Sciences such as Chemistry, Biology, and Physics at both diploma and degree levels. The college provides both full-time and distance learning options. Additionally, TVTC offers performance improvement courses under Research and Consultancy to enhance the skills, efficiency, and effectiveness of employees in different organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive instructional materials for the Guest Relations Management programme.


• Facilitate engaging learning experiences that enhance student understanding of guest relations concepts and practices.


• Assess and evaluate students' performances and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.


• Conduct research to stay updated on current trends and best practices in guest relations and hospitality management.


• Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to ensure a well-coordinated approach to curriculum delivery.


• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to departmental meetings and initiatives.


• Guide students in practical projects and internships to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings.


• Enhance the college's community engagement by liaising with industry partners and stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of guest relations management theories and practices.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 10 years of professional experience in guest relations or a similar field.


• Prior teaching experience in higher education or vocational training settings is highly desirable.


• Experience in curriculum development and the use of technology in education is preferred.
