Job Description: Head Pastry Chef - Central Kitchen

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the pastry culinary team in developing and executing high-quality pastries and desserts in a centralized kitchen environment.


• Create new pastry and dessert recipes while adhering to quality and presentation standards.


• Manage the production and presentation of all pastry items for different outlets.


• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations in the pastry department.


• Train and supervise pastry staff, providing guidance and support to maintain productivity and quality.


• Collaborate with the executive chef and other kitchen staff to plan menus and maintain inventory levels.


• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients in pastry production.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Head Pastry Chef in a high-volume kitchen setting.


• Degree or certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts.


• Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert techniques, ingredients, and presentation methods.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in pastry production, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.


• Experience working in a Centralized Kitchen or large-scale production facility is preferred.


• Track record of creating innovative pastry designs and recipes.


• Experience managing inventory, controlling costs, and developing menus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000 Riyals al linclusive


• Full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
