Job Description - Helper

Purpose of the role:

Support Technical Center operations by handling service items, maintaining workshop organization, and assisting workflow movement without performing repair activities.

Roles, responsibility and authority:

Support receiving, staging, and internal movement of service items.

Assist in preparing items for repair, QC, and dispatch.

Handle packaging, labeling, and basic handling tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Report damaged items or irregularities immediately

Follow company uniform, safety, and attendance policies.

Required Qualifications:

Basic literacy.

Ability to perform physical tasks safely.
