The Hostess is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests in a professional and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.

The role involves greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, coordinating table assignments, handling reservations and guest inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with the service team. The Hostess ensures that guests are seated efficiently according to restaurant procedures and helps maintain a smooth flow of operations during busy periods.

The position requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. The Hostess is also responsible for maintaining a professional appearance, keeping the reception and waiting areas organized, and handling guest requests or concerns professionally.

The role involves working closely with the restaurant management and service team to ensure high service standards and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a hostess, front-of-house, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
