Household Manager - Riyadh KSA

We are recruiting for an exceptional Household Manager on behalf of a prestigious family based in Riyadh. This role demands meticulous organizational skills, cultural fluency, and the ability to operate with absolute discretion. 





About the Role:



You will lead the comprehensive management of a large, dynamic household, ensuring seamless operations that align with the principals’ expectations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, private environment, anticipates needs proactively, and delivers solutions with precision—no micromanagement required.





Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all aspects of household operations, including staff management, event coordination, budgeting, maintenance, and daily logistics.

Proactively resolve challenges and implement efficient solutions while respecting cultural norms and privacy.

Coordinate discreetly with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain the highest standards of service.

Ensure adherence to protocols, etiquette, and bespoke preferences unique to the household.





Requirements:



Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic (native or professional level) and English (professional proficiency).

Proven Track Record: Minimum 7+ years of experience managing complex households for VIPs, UHNW families, or in luxury hospitality/estate management.

Autonomy & Initiative: Ability to act decisively, prioritize effectively, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Cultural Sensitivity: Strong understanding of Saudi traditions and international etiquette.
