Head of Volunteer & Human Resources Department

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)

• 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources in an HR Manager role

• Experience in the non-profit or service sector is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Implement HR policies and procedures in line with approved regulations

• Manage employee files and HR documentation

• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes

• Align HR plans with the organization’s strategic objectives

• Prepare workforce planning for permanent, seasonal, and volunteer staff

• Support recruitment of seasonal employees and volunteers

• Develop and implement performance management systems linked to strategic goals

• Link performance evaluation with incentives and promotions

• Prepare analytical reports for senior management

• Support institutional excellence and financial sustainability objectives
