Key Accounts Executive Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Key Accounts Executive – Sales to join a leading building materials trading company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, driving sales, and strengthening relationships across the retail and trading network.

Candidates with experience in building materials, sanitary ware, safety products, hardware, tools, retail, or related industries are preferred. GCC market experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
• Develop and maintain effective coverage across retail outlets and customer networks.
• Promote and sell a range of building material products, including sanitary ware, safety products, and related products.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular customer visits and understand their requirements and market needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify potential business opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers and support the development of commercially viable sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in building materials trading or a related industry.
• Experience in building materials, sanitary ware, safety products, hardware, tools, retail, or trading will be preferred.
• MBA or equivalent business-related qualification preferred.
• GCC market experience, particularly Saudi Arabia, will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in business development and key account management.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and commercially focused.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
