About the Role

We are seeking skilled Legal Professionals to join our Legal Affairs Department. You will be responsible for providing legal guidance, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to mitigate risks and safeguard the company’s legal and business interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.


• Provide legal advice on corporate and employment matters.


• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulatory frameworks.


• Support dispute resolution, litigation, and legal investigations.


• Maintain accurate records of legal documentation and approvals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree preferred.


• 3+ years of experience in corporate or commercial law.


• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulatory procedures.


• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
