Job Description

Policies , Processes & Procedures

1. Oversee the implementation of department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of the maintenance department activities so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled that with compliance with the QMS “Quality + Halal Food management system” requirement (ISO9001+ HFMS).

Technical and Executive Duties

1. Ensure that personnel and machines are working in his area in a very safe working Condition


2. Check and ensure a high level of hygienic condition in area of work


3. Check the manpower plan in line and ensure that all personnel are having their respective job


4. Coordinate with the material handler and ensure that all packaging materials are kept ready according to planned product.


5. Check and ensure that all operators follow and fill up the forms correctly.


6. Check and ensure that all F.G pallets are counted and tagged with the correct information on each pallet.


7. Report to supervisor any misbehavior and misconduct on floor immediately.
